Dear CourseSites Users:
As of, Monday, April 14th, we transitioned to new support systems to better serve our CourseSites community. In particular, you will be able to better keep track of your tickets and utilize email updates linked directly to tickets. While the change should be rather transparent to our instructors and their students, you will see some new ticket submission, chat and knowledge base search forms. With the enhancement of email updates to tickets, we will be retiring the CourseSites Support email @ CourseSites.Support@blackboard.com. This will be available for one more week as we monitor the transition, but will no longer be available after Sunday, April 20th.
